Your use of the Website and purchase of HairLIFT is governed by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) along with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy (together “Policies”) as modified and amended from time to time. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Website to purchase HairLIFT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Policies.
1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You must be competent to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors under 18 years of age may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
For placing an order for HairLIFT, you can register and login or check out as a guest. If you register, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
2. Orders, Pricing, and Packs for HairLIFT
Offers & Pricing: HairLIFT is available in specific packaging options, including a 3 Pack (which includes free shipping, freebies, and a ₹60/- voluntary contribution towards the healthcare and wellness of orphans, old age homes, and animals via JEEVDAYA) and a 2 Pack (subject to standard shipping charges as indicated during checkout).
Order Acceptance: Placing an order for HairLIFT constitutes an offer to purchase under these terms. VRS Trident reserves the right to accept or reject any order for reasons such as product unavailability or pricing errors. If an order is cancelled by VRS Trident, a full refund will be provided.
Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal variations and the naturally sourced ingredients used in manufacturing HairLIFT.
3. Product Usage, Results, and Disclaimers
Expected Results & Usage: HairLIFT is formulated to provide benefits such as dandruff relief (starting within 1–2 weeks), hair fall control (within 3 weeks), improved hair quality, and better sleep support (from the 1st night / ~1 week). To see good results, users are advised to apply HairLIFT oil regularly 2–3 times weekly for the first 3 weeks.
Natural Ingredients & Potential Shedding Phase: HairLIFT contains natural and herbal ingredients (including Amla, Bhringraj, Brahmi, Neem, Coconut Oil, Almond Oil, and others). Because hair takes 4–6 weeks to fall off after breaking from the root, initial regular application of HairLIFT may temporarily help clear out hairs already in their shedding phase; this is a normal part of the follicle repair process before new, thicker growth stabilizes.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VRS Trident disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding HairLIFT. VRS Trident will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of or connected with the use of the Website or HairLIFT products.
Any claims or actions related to the use of the Website or HairLIFT must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose.

The “VRS Trident” name, logo, and “HairLIFT” branding are trademarks and service marks of VRS Trident. All text, contents, and materials on the Website are protected by intellectual property rights and cannot be used commercially without permission.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction given to the competent courts at Bengaluru.
