Every bottle of Hair Lift Nourishing Oil is carefully packed and shipped through trusted logistics partners to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. This policy outlines our shipping process, delivery timelines, and other important information.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
VRS Trident has partnered with reputed logistic partners for our logistic services to ensure that all our HairLIFT Nourishing Oil products reach you in the best condition with no damages. We ensure that we use packaging materials of the best quality, sourced from reliable vendors, and we perform thorough testing of package worthiness before shipping and delivering our products.
Note on Shipping Charges:
3 Pack: Free shipping and freebies included (along with a ₹60/- contribution towards the healthcare and wellness of orphans, old age homes, and animals via JEEVDAYA).
2 Pack: Subject to shipping charges as indicated during checkout (with attached API of courier).
How does the delivery process work?
Once our system has processed the order that you have placed with us, your HairLIFT products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final round of quality checks, we pack and hand over your products to our trusted logistic partner.
Our logistic partner will then deliver the products to you at the earliest possibility. If our logistic partner is unable to reach you at the shipping address or at a suitable time provided by you, they shall contact you to resolve the delivery.
All products ordered (including any free gifts bundled with your HairLIFT 3-Pack) will be shipped to your provided shipping address along with an invoice. While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible.
How are the products packaged?
Each individual HairLIFT bottle is packaged in bubble wrap, and fragile elements are safely secured with an additional layer of bubble wrap. We then package our products in sturdy cardboard boxes before handing them over to our logistic partners. VRS Trident holds the responsibility for any damages caused to the product while in transit to you.
What is the range of locations to which we ship?
VRS Trident ships throughout India to almost 50 pin codes. The list of pin code serviceability might change from time to time depending on our logistics partners. You can check if we deliver to your shipping address by typing in your pin code on our product pages or checkout page.
Is it possible for me to track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and the courier company processing your order. Alternatively, registered users can track orders by logging into the “My Account” section of our website and viewing the “Your Orders” tab.
A standard shipping charge may apply to orders below specified thresholds (such as the 2-pack option), whereas promotional packs like the 3-pack include free shipping and freebies.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
At the time of placing your order, an estimated time of delivery will be shared based on your shipping address.
As we maintain inventory for HairLIFT Nourishing Oil, products are dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order.
We aspire to deliver your product within 2–7 days depending on your geography. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may occasionally take longer. VRS Trident is not liable for any delays caused by logistics partners.
What time of the day will my order be delivered?
Our logistic partner will call you before delivering the product. Please ensure you are available to receive calls, as usually after 3 (three) failed delivery attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
Delivery Information & Attempts
If no one is available at the address when delivery is attempted, our logistic partner will make 2 (two) more delivery attempts subsequently. You can contact our Customer Services hotline to reschedule the delivery date. If all 3 delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
